I tend not to post reviews right away; I think it's important to have long-term reviews, not just "this was just finished 1 day ago" type of reviews so that people really have a sense of how the repair lasts. Shane ended up coming out twice to do our tub - the first time, the vast majority of the tub was refinished well. There was some touchup needed due to the hot weather of 2012 (see below). Shane handled the touchup without any problem or trouble.

One thing I will say about The Tub Guys is that They are *very* concerned about doing a quality job and about their reputation - that's a good thing, and not something that I've always seen.

Shane was very friendly and professional. He explained every step of the process and delivered exactly what he promised. Our old almond colored fiberglass tub is now gleaming white! It was a great, economical alternative to complete tub replacement for us. We would definitely recommend The Tub Guys.

Shane was extremely prompt in providing a quote. He arrived on time to do the work and was very professional. He left both the bathroom and his staging area clean and neat.

The venting process he used definitely helped keep the smell to a minimum.

The finished tub and soap dish look brand new. I would definitely recommend The Tub Guys and would use their service again.

he Tub Guys could not have handled the process of going from a simple phone call to completion of texturing the bottoms of more than 200 bathtub units, to comply with ASTM standards, any better!! They definitely made my life easier! I am a project manager for a large construction company, that primarily renovates high end hotels, all over the United States, with more than 150 rooms. The Tug Guys have been easy to deal with in the est. process on many several jobsite around the country and other then asking me, "What more can we do to make this easier on you?" (Yes, they actually asked how they could make my job easier!!) I didn't have to babysit them on my job sites at all!! In my line of work, that is a blessing! Plus, you cannot even tell, unless you touch the bottom of the tub, that they have done anything, it is truly impressive how well they handle all aspects of texturing the bottoms of tubs! I will not be using anyone else for the foreseeable future!
